3. Tracking says “in transit” — should I worry?

4. Can I change address before shipping?

No — box is plain and sealed. Courier and others won’t know.

3. Is packaging private?

Yes. We use unbranded plain boxes or flyers. Your privacy is safe.

4. Invoice or product name on box?

No. No invoice or product name is on the outside. Billing info sent digitally.

1. Can I cancel and get refund?

Yes — before shipping, cancel within 24 hrs and get full refund. After shipping, only in special cases.

2. What if item damaged or wrong?

Send us a photo on WhatsApp. We’ll replace it or refund you.

3. How long for refund?

Refunds take 3–5 business days after approval.

4. Do I need to return item?

Yes, mostly. We’ll tell you where to send it back.

5. Can I return if I don’t like it?

If it’s unused and in original packaging, return within 3 days. Contact us first.
